POSTALS: The bakes are placed in cellophane bags to ensure freshness. They are then placed in a postal box and packaged safely with tissue paper and shredded paper, then placed inside a pink postal bag.
COLLECTION/LOCAL DELIVERY: This will come in a white/pink cupcake box.
The cookies will last up to 5 days once received and are best stored at room temperature, in their cellophane bags.
Included: a personalised postcard with gift message.

We usually dispatch within 1-3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivery takes 1-2 working days once dispatched).
We can occasionally have a high volume of orders which can make dispatch times longer so if you need this for a certain date, or later date, please let us know in the personalisation box. I can never 100% guarantee delivery on a certain day, but I always try my best!
If you choose collection or local delivery, I will be in contact.
Also, we always ask Royal Mail to leave the parcel in your 'safe place' (we will not be responsible for breakages or loss caused by the safe place you have agreed with your postman).

Please be aware that if these are being posted, the parcel is completely out of our hands once posted…
We will NOT provide refunds if these arrive late due to Royal Mail delays.
We do NOT accept ‘returns’ - these are perishable orders made especially for you.
We will NOT provide refunds for damaged items (we package the parcel with enough padding and we add fragile labels).
Please bear all of this in mind when ordering. By ordering, you accept that we will NOT offer refunds. (We will happily put in a claim with Royal Mail and let you know when/if there is any outcome).
To ensure the bakes are in perfect condition, you are always welcome to personally collect from either BH10 or BH24.
